"PCCU does not open until 9:30am closes at 4pm, called in Tuesday on my lunch break and it was closed from 12pm-12:50pm for lunch. What a Joke. may as well close the branch."
"Have just had a most unpleasant experience at this branch. The person attending was bordering on rude, was unhelpful and seemed happy to make us feel very uncomfortable. We came away feeling very humiliated. There is no privacy in the space, other customers were waiting and were in earshot of our conversation. It ended with me being very dissatisfied. We will go to another branch to get our query attended to."
"I just visited this branch at Northpark Shopping Centre. I have utilised the Adelaide and Christies Beach branches with no issue and the staff were great, not so much today. When you walk into any place and two people do not have customers but are busy typing and it takes a good 30 seconds before they acknowledge you, very bad start. Sandy asked me to take a seat and wait while she finished up notes on previous customer! After about two minutes and whilst she continued to type she asked what I needed and I said I just want to get a statement which I cant get online and go. Sandy then snapped at me and told me she needed to finish the notes on previous customer, which I find strange that she is trying to remember what a customer whom she apparently had at her desk said rather than doing that while the person is present. I told Sandy, do not raise your voice at me to which she replied well you are telling me to hurry up which i never did and I advised her this. Sandy doubled down and said that I was indicating she should hurry up, I said I just need a statement and want to go. Then I start getting asked who its for and I told Sandy that is not her concern and I just need an official statement. I took her literally 20 seconds but then asked me again who it was for and I again said its not your concern but I need it stamped. Sandy then slid the 1 piece of paper I had waited 5 minutes for across the table and that was it! Now we are all asked to be nice to people in customer service which I always am until I get spoken to like I am something on the bottom of someone's shoe! I would question any financial institution who try's to remember what customers said rather than actually type it in at the time, so my savings are about to no longer be there. Attitude, I dont know if its a northern suburbs issue as a very similar pattern of behaviour and incompetence was shown at Bank SA Greenacres when I was doing my home loan!!! I do not recommend using any of the branches I have mentioned!"
