"bought my bedframe, side tables and mattress from here on the 17 June and the service from the manager was amazing. However, I do feel there should be some leniency for exchange options or returns. All my furniture are amazing but just couldn’t fit my side tables in my room (i take accountability on my part for not measuring properly) the bedframe and mattress itself is amazing and highly recommend. But In terms of my side tables, I contacted the brunch and asked if there is any return which I was told there is no return for change of mind (bear in mind, i just couldn’t fit in the room and if i could i would most definitely use it as it is a match with my bedframe) i checked if there is a exchange option so i could see if i can get something that I can fit in my room but wasn’t given a yes or no and that i would get a call back. Which unfortunately I haven’t received. Just a repeat of “we cant return or exchange due to change of mind” I would put more stars cause i did have a lovely interaction with the brunch (well only with Melissa, i think is her name) but in terms of their policies, i would give it a 0 star if possible."

"Amazing customer service and great products. We came in as Dave was leaving and he stayed back and took his time walking us through all of the products to help us find the best fit. He went above and beyond & even through in extra pillows and linen after we made the purchase, even after the mattress we bought was already half price. Will definately be back for any bedding needs in the future"
