"Awful customer service tonight, at 9pm. Young blonde behind the counter was more concerned with her personal phone call, leaving us to wait in line… after choosing to browse the store for another minute, allowing her to finish this clearly important call that she’s getting paid to take, we’ve returned to the counter to find that she’d disappeared. Left to wait another five minutes, only to receive glares and a fowl attitude. With so many other bottle shops available in the area, we won’t be returning to this BWS."
