"I had very bad experience today, I did hair cut, I was not happy with that. I told her I don't like haircut, the way she moved on another client and not listening me very rude. then she did call me and told no one can do batter than me, if find someone who can do batter than me I will refund back to you, even on call you did not give chance to speak what I feel. I have very good experience in past with your service but if are not giving respect to your loyal customer then there is no meaning. I just want tell you, it is not about money, if you're client is not happy with service you should listen to them and try to understand them. for me my haircut make vast difference in my look, I was waiting from long time to haircut and you know for girls it takes more than 6 months for hair growth. You told no one do haircut like me, I don't know about service but I know there are many parlours who do better respect than you. I will never visit your parlours again.
