Have had this happen a few times, staff are nice enough but seems like nothing is changing, and no one is learning from mistakes being made."

Assured me it was placed and would call me when it arrived. 4 weeks later checked in again, I was told the order still hadn’t been placed. Assured me it’s placed now should be here soon . It’s back to Trade Tools for me where competent adults work behind the counter."
