"Sunkids Benowa is a beautiful daycare centre. The teachers are all wonderful and do a great job caring for the children. The food they serve the children is fresh and healthy. Our daughter wakes up in the mornings so excited to go to Sunkids."

"Centre facilities are fantastic but the staff show little to no regard for sick children and therefore exasperate the spread of germs around the centre. I had my toddler enrolled for 5 weeks and he was only able to attend one full day of care. When I asked what sicknesses are going around the centre I was told there was none even though every day I dropped my son off I saw many sick kids. Disappointed with the lack of care my son was shown as he developed croup cough, gastro and pneumonia all over the first 5 weeks of care and the staff still deny any sickness is at the centre. I understand sickness is part of the risk but to be told there is nothing wrong when my child was extremely sick for weeks was very frustrating and disconcerting. I have worked in childcare centres before and when a child is sick the first thing that should be done is to send an alert in the newsletter to inform other parents of what sicknesses are currently circulating at the centre."
