"3rd time I’ve made an appointment here and advised I have a tight timeframe and have had to leave because they couldn’t start me on time. Not sure why they allow appointments if this continues to happen!!! Shame because I would like to support local but I was also made to feel silly that I expected it could get done, even though I was advised over the phone when making the appointment it would be fine. Not great customer service at all!!!"

"rudest people i’ve ever come across in my life. had my nails taken off here and was left for an hour with my hands soaking in acetone with the staff actively ignoring me! when they finally decided to tend to my nails again, the lady scolded me for not calling her over sooner?! how is it my job to remind you of a customer you left sitting 5 feet away from you with their hands soaking in chemicals for an hour?? all of my fingers are now burning and peeling at the expense of $20. stay away"
