"Unfortunately my experiences have been mostly inconsistent. Often left to sit during a service, while the technicians jump between clients. Nails are nothing special, and the price is the same for a good artist who would make the experience a lot more professional and personal. Recently gave them another chance, as I have wanted to love this place due to it being so conveniently located. This last time nails were rushed by a technician who didn’t have an eye for detail, and the shape is uneven and the gel polish was applied too thick, leaving obvious signs that the technician was either inexperienced or just didn’t take pride in her work. Disappointing as this was a treat for myself."
