"I have been getting my prescription for years in this pharmacy and the staff are very nice and friendly but today 12 July 2023 the pharmacy staffs are rude and unfriendly . They talked about you and you can hear them. It’s not what it said but how they say it. They could of explain better than being rude. I was buying my blood pressure tablet , so my high blood pressure went up more than it should. Maybe cheaper than other pharmacies but cheap service. I won’t be going there again."

"Terrible customer service. Sold us a product that one size fits all and it doesn’t. Refused to provide a refund because we tried on an ankle strap. Manager, Marlene, said we had to measure it which is ridiculous because it wasn’t meant to be ‘adjustable’ and ‘one size fits all.’ Had physical receipt and only bought yesterday. Manager did not see customer’s point of view or was empathetic to our needs. Lodged an ACCC complaint."
