"Zero stars!!! What an absolute, terrible experience I had! Bad hair cut and bad colour! My roots were the wrong colour and still grey! The old lady who apparently owns it is VERY VERY rude. I don’t know how she has a business! She was shouting on the phone to someone in front of me and other ladies in the salon for us all to hear! I will never be back there again! I felt sorry for the other girls working there as you could see they were really embarrassed as well and a lady sitting next to me said she will not be back either as the old woman is rude and always looks grumpy and shouts at everyone. The salon also smells really bad of a nail salon and an old lady salon smelling of perms. Do not go here if you want a nice experience because you won’t get one!i"

"Really unfriendly when phoned to book groupon deal. Said she needed voucher code now and no I couldn't bring it when I came and she couldnt wait for me to get it. I almost told her to forget the appointment as her manner was so rude but released I'd paid already. When phoned back to give voucher code said booking had gone and I'd hung up on her yesterday??? Needless to say will be getting a refund from groupon!!"

Junaya did a fabulous job transforming my last horrible haircut (at a different salon) into a sophisticated look and I love the colour!
