"worst salon experience. i had booked into this salon after reading great reviews and liking the work i’d seen through social media posts. first off, the salon is extremely load. i couldn’t hear anything the hairdresser was saying and i was yelling over the top of other people for majority of the time i was there. i was never shown any colour swatches or had any idea what i was getting. i showed her a reference photo and she made the colour and went with it. i had no idea what the end result would be. after the colour was applied, i was taken to the basin to get the colour washed out and my hair washed. part way through, the hair dresser got her fake nails caught on the back of one of my earrings and ripped it out and tot went down the drain. the earring was part of a set gifted to me by my late great grandmother. i received a short and blunt apology, and she used the excuse that it’s hard working with fake nails. got through to the end of the service and it was discounted for the loss of my earring, and right as i’m about to leave she informed me the colour was only semi permanent. this was not communicated to me whatsoever before or during my service. if i had have been told this i wouldn’t have gone through with the service or changed it to be permanent. so so disappointed to have to pay not only for a semi permanent colour that i thought to be permanent, but also the loss of an extremely sentimental gift to have a blunt apology"

"My go to salon! All the ladies are so lovely, kindest customer service. Got the best haircut and colour with Karissa. She's fantastic!!! Thoughtful and careful. Spend times with clients, no rush, great style. The prices are great and I have always been satisfied with the service. The salon is friendly and cozy, and who can complain about a glass of cocktail and cookies while your color is sitting?"
