"UNTIDY!! The deals are good and staff were helpful BUT each time I go there (usally fortnightly) the shelves I look at have not been sorted..for example..the tights have not been folded nor put back in any order.. its been like that for the past 3 months. I look each fortnight for the color and size I want..but they havent re-stocked nor tidied the shelves up. I can tell it has not been sorted since my previous visit. Just same sizes and tights sprawl everywhere. Im sure when I go back today ..same thing. Opened stock or broken stock is left on shelves. I have to return a coffe grinder today because it is faulty. The box had been opened before I bought it but as it was the only one there I got it anyway. Management should make sure staff are keeping stock in good order and tidy."
"Would give a minus if possible . Refused to be helped by a person who I spotted serving so I left my shopping and exited the store. K mart you need to be able to help people when help is requested. I hate stores that dictate I need to serve myself."
"This Kmart is my favourite Kmart. It's in a convenient spot surrounded by good stores (like Chatime!) and has really cheap prices and the products are mostly good quality. The only thing that is a bit bad about this place is that a lot of people steal from the makeup section, so you can't really find the products you would want there."
