"Never in my life have a come across a landlord (Shannon) to tell somebody to move out of their home after they have never missed a weeks rent until they had a near life ending accident. A very close friend of mine rented a house in Elizabeth for 5 years, had an accident outside of work that has left him incapable to return to his usual work or possible work ever again. There were several things wrong with the house one being aircon that was apart of the listings on the rental and Shannon had told him to replace it himself. She did not care about his situation at all as soon as she found out about it and he missed 1 weeks rent he was given an eviction notice the following. Luckily he has a good couple mates who have helped him not be dumped on the street trying to recover and still waiting for more surgery’s. He’s now dealing with depression as he’s always been very independent and taken pride in his home and work. I would not recommend anyone go through this real estate especially Shannon who clearly is a heartless person. To top it off she is trying to keep his bond for a couple little marks on the walls and she’s saying it’s to repaint the house but from memory it’s between 5-7 years rentals need to be repainted. Anyone and everyone avoid this company, especially Shannon! In response to your reply I not once stated I lived there, go back and read the review as I explain the hell my close friend went through renting with your company! And no it was not a different company it was 100% use, and Shannon your employee making life very hard for him. How unprofessional trying to point the blame on another company. Going back every bad review use say the same thing ‘false review, we don’t know you’. Most unprofessional realestate iv ever seen"
