St Clair Immunisation Clinic 109 Woodville Road, Saint Clair, South Australia 5011
About the Business
Welcome to St Clair Immunisation Clinic, conveniently located at 109 Woodville Road in St Clair, Australia. As a prominent establishment and health point of interest, our clinic is dedicated to providing essential immunisation services to our community.
Beginning on 1st July 2023, a fee of $20 will be applicable for customers who do not reside in the City of Charles Sturt when utilizing our Immunisation Clinic's services. This decision was not made lightly, as the funding received from the State and Commonwealth Government falls significantly short of the expenses required to deliver our comprehensive immunisation service. Consequently, our rate-payers are subsidizing the provision of this valued service. By implementing this service fee, we aim to reduce the costs associated with delivering our important immunisation services.
In addition, customers aged 65 or over will also be subject to a $20 service fee for flu vaccinations, which were previously provided free of charge. These fees will contribute towards sustaining the delivery of our immunisation services to the community.
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, bookings are essential at our Immunisation Clinic. We prioritize the safety of our families and staff, so we kindly request that you limit the number of family members accompanying you to the clinic. Currently, only one parent will be allowed to accompany a child into the clinic room, unless exceptional circumstances are approved by our clinic staff.
Upon booking, you will receive an email confirmation and an SMS/email pre-appointment reminder. These communications will include a link to cancel or reschedule your appointment if needed. We kindly ask that you cancel your booking if you are unable to attend, as our clinic is currently experiencing high demand and this will allow others to book in.
If you require multiple appointments on the same day, you can make multiple bookings by completing the first booking and then proceeding to make another one.
Immunisation is a quick, safe, and effective method to protect yourself and your family from diseases. At the City of Charles Sturt, we are committed to the health and well-being of our community.
Please note that COVID-19 vaccines are not available at our St Clair clinic. For information on accessing COVID-19 vaccines, please visit the SA Health website.
Lastly, the City of Charles Sturt would like to acknowledge that the land on which we operate today is the traditional lands of the Kaurna people. We hold deep respect for their spiritual connection to their country and recognize the Kaurna people as the custodians of the greater Adelaide region. Their cultural and heritage beliefs remain significant to the living Kaurna people today.
Thank you for choosing St Clair Immunisation Clinic, where your health and safety are our top priorities.

Reviews
"Very impressed with this clinic. The nurses were so lovely and really tried to make the experience as easy as possible for my 4 month old. I'll be using this clinic for all vaccinations from now on."
"Completely harassed about my 1 year old getting the flu vaccine when I was taking her for her scheduled injections. I was asked 4 times if they could give her the flu vax which I declined because she was already having 3 injections and then I got told to explain myself when I was in the room with the nurse."
"My wife came home in tears from this clinic after being told they would not give our son the government scheduled immunizations without the SA recommend Meningacoccal vaccine, which she explained to them that, with our doctors approval, we would be giving him at his 6 month shots. This government clinic only gave in because they unset her so much and realized she would report them. You are a government clinic. You do not make up your own rules. The Australian government decides which vaccines are on the schedule and none of them are compulsory NOT A BUNCH OF POWER TRIPPING NURSE'S. DO YOUR JOB. SUPPORT PERANTS THAT ARE THERE TO VACCINATE THEIR CHILDREN."
"Great experience with my baby, nurses were playful and very friendly which put me and my little one at ease. I will be taking my baby there from now on."
"Absolutely livid after today's visit. This clinic used to be great however I think that with today's demands on vaccinations the demand has truly outgrown this clinic and they don't have the staff or facilities to manage anymore. After 1.5 hours waiting and 45 mins of being constantly told "you're next" my son and I walked out without any vaccinations. Unless you've got half a day free to wait around in a crowded waiting room go elsewhere."
