"I rarely leave reviews, but this place has really lost its touch since the last time I came. They no longer offer sauce packets (as an American eating here, it’s basically what makes Taco Bell great), my crunch wrap was mostly just tortilla and my chips were ice cold and soggy. My first few stops here were AMAZING, possibly even better than the US version. Super disappointed!"

"Pretty ordinary in terms flavor, price, variety and quality. Food didn't feel fresh and chips were pretty lifeless. I didn't order beans or anything particularly spicy... but I deeply regretted eating at Taco Bell for many days afterwards... safe to say i won't be rushing back... You can get free refills for drinks, so there is no point upgrading a meal to the large, because you'll pay more for the same thing (even our chips for the 'regular' and 'large' meal were identical, we were just given different cups). You can get extra sauces for ~$1 each, the zesty ranch is nice. Good use of more recyclable or biodegradable materials for meal packaging. Inside and outside seating options. The inside area is reasonably small to accommodate this, and is kept cool and has no smell of food. Pretty clean, but it's also still new. All in all, you could get the same volume, price, speed and convenience of food elsewhere, but other establishments, in fact any nearby restaurants in the area, will give you better tasting food, by far. The eating experience here was just really average. But hey, now that it's no longer a 1-2 hour wait, check it out if your interested i guess..."

It was past the usual dinner time therefore there weren’t too many customers, even so it took them some time to take our order. After ordering we decided to sit down on the only clean table. The food did come out quickly and was scrumptious. The atmosphere was very enjoyable and peaceful. The free drink refills were handy."

"I'll be honest - 3 of those 4 stars are because of the lovely, generous, attentive service we received from the lady at the counter. The food itself was bland, boring, and a little undercooked. I have pleasant childhood memories of Taco Bell, growing up in southern California... This is not that. Another childhood memory, shot to hell. Remember the Alamo indeed..."
