"I just want to say a special thanks to all the staff here. I am a regular, go here 3-4 times a week as its low calorie and very tasty food. The staff here are so nice, always accommodating and very hard working a polite. As a small business owner I think the owner of this business should be aware he has incredible staff. Yes I have had tacos not filled and a few other things but were all human. Yes there are processes but every time I have brought it to their attention politely and respectfully they have bent over backwards to ensure I am looked after. Furthermore I usually have one of my dogs with me in the car when I'm going through the drive though, they always give me a little cup of chicken or fries and that stuff means the world as a customer...thats going above and beyond, so I really appreciate it. "I'm usually always coming to this GYG because they always do it good there but today was just atrocious!! i ordered a regular burrito with pulled pork, and when i went to take my first few bites i didn't get any pork at first i was like oh it must be in the middle but no, it was at the VERY end of the burrito like i didn't get any meat until my last few bites. i'm VERY disappointed. please be more thoughtful of the customers and give them what they pay for."

"It's no fun when you have the cashier talk over you while you make your order at the drive-thru. We don't understand what it is about drive-thrus that make them think it's okay to finalise a customer's orders when they're not done ordering yet. What's so difficult in simply asking the customer, "Anything else?" rather than saying, "That'll be [insert total here]" midway through? Customers should be left to decide when their order is finished, not the cashier. Drive-thru etiquette should not be different from face-to-face. Please listen carefully to the customer's orders. We wanted to add more items to our order, but of course being talked over the whole time, the cashier missed it and had finalised it already. So we were asked to drive to the window to add those items and have them properly processed through. It's also not very considerate having our entire order read back to us at the speed of light. We're trying to confirm all items are correct, so it's not a bad idea to read them to the customer slowly. I also asked for guacamole on my burrito bowl - didn't get it. Each individual GYG item would usually have a yellow sticker with the name of the item (plus extras, if any) on them - also didn't get those. My bowl's sticker was missing and the burrito sticker was blank. And no receipt in the bag. But in the end, a very expensive order, especially with the 15% surcharge on top today and we have no idea if we paid for missing extras or not."
