"horrible service. wanted a basic manicure and they look disgusting. got charged $40 for removal and CLEAR basic paint. the paint is already coming off and wasn’t dry when i was told to leave. the coat isn’t smooth and there’s heaps of bubbles. Very unhappy, DO NOT GO HERE have been in contact with them to try and resolve the issue. waiting for numerous call backs from higher ups. was told i was incorrectly charged but they can only offer a credit towards my next appointment due to their policy, i will not be returning to this salon. will be contacting ACCC regarding this because it is a nightmare."
