"Avoid Nick Scali furniture at all costs. I purchased an expensive dinning table. First one arrived damaged. The company eventually agreed to replace the top. However, the replacement top is warped and the whole table wobbles. Neither version is as attractive as the one in the showroom. It is, of course, impossible to speak to anybody; the customer services department is designed to make it near impossible to complain. Go somewhere else; anywhere else but NS."
"Terrible customer service. Were told that our purchased dining table is damaged in their warehouse and no stocks available at all on a phone by the manager. We were so disappointed and ask what else could they do for us as we bought it under a good offer. The store manager just tell us nothing they could do, just refund or turn into store credit, and even claims that none of the other retailer could provide more either. So we went to the store and ask for a refund on spot as we find insecure to mention card number etc on the phone, the staff over counter, name Dominica starts being agitated. Nick Scali has lose us a dining table that we shop for long and also bought it in a good deal, we even bought matching chairs for it. There's no apologies since we were told our purchased dining table was damaged in their warehouse by the store manager and now even the staff showing us their attitude on spot like we are the one who owe them."
"We just spent $9000 on a lounge a month ago still awaiting delivery. Went again today to buy a another lounge for our home theatre room. My son was behaving naughty at the store and the older sales lady today with the fringe gave me such a bad look noding her head and rolling her eyes at me. Totally racist and rude. She's in sale and should be able to talk to the customers nicely not node her head and give my a dirty look. Immediately after she did that my mood went down and I felt like leaving the shop. I would hope the higher management reading this could let this lady know to be a better person and kinder with parents with kids ."
"Bought 2 set of couch. Quality of the couch was good. Unfortunately, delivery service was terrible. Took half a day off from work and waited for delivery. Yet the delivery team called 2.5 hours prior to the time frame given. Rushed back home for the delivery yet they deliver it to the wrong house (even after I called for a change of address with sufficient time (about 1 week prior)). First delivery team (3 guys) was terrible. They brought in the couch through my front door, scatched my walls, then broke my shoe rack, did not apologize then just walk off as if nothing happen. Second delivery was much better. At least they are careful with the walls and flooring and came within the estimated time frame."
"1 Star for the quality of the furniture which i have not even received for over 2 months. I am very disappointed in the customer service and delivery aspect of this company. Both sales and delivery team do not collaborate to make delivery a smooth experience for customers. I paid full deposit for a furniture and expected it to be delivered smoothly on the date confirmed with the sales team. However, delivery was moved 3 times because I am suppose to contact the delivery team myself on the day? I had a confirmation text a few days prior the delivery which i responded to go ahead. My item did not get delivered on the day because i failed to reply to another confirmation text on the day it was coming? Please improve your delivery method as it is upsetting to pay over $2000 for an item for the company to play games. I confirmed twice for an item to be delivered (this happened 3 times). I am glad that other customers have had a great experience, which is why i decided to shop with Nickscali, however, i am upset with the service i received and will never shop with this company again. Sales team failed to effectively communicate the terms & conditions and refund policy. I have yet to receive my furniture and will take legal action if necessary."
