"Dodgy and disappointing - please make sure you double check your meds from here because they filled my script with medicine that was soon to expire (only 12 weeks left in date)! I went to use a new box today and found it had already expired (where an earlier bought box of the same meds *from elsewhere* were still in date for another year!) I called them but they said they couldn't do anything about it."
"Absolutely useless. We visited Sunday 3rd Nov as my fiance needed to purchase some prescription medicine. We were told it would take 10 mins to get the medicine. 10 minutes to pick some medication off the shelf? Fair enough. We can back in 5 mins and the pharmacist said "Hi, how may I help you." We had just been in the shop. Surely people don't forget faces that quickly? I was also advised by my other half that the prescription medicine was double compared to where she would pay elsewhere. In addition, I asked the pharmacist for some advice. This pharmacist who appears to have been born yesterday was completely unwavering in the provision of the poor advice he provided to me. He wasn't listening at all to my request. While the front desk staff appeared professional and friendly, I honestly don't believe your pharmacist who was working on the afternoon of the 3rd November has any of the requisite skills to be standing behind the counter, be it personal skills, technical skills or otherwise. He needs some more training or alternatively, let him go. NSB"
"Twice recently I have been to Priceline Waterford to get some documents certified. The first time I walked away after waiting just over 10 minutes because I wasn't informed it would take that long, however today, since I really needed it to be done, I waited. Firstly, I wasn't informed of an approximate time I would have to wait so that was frustrating and then I got an absolutely disgusting attitude from the Pharmacist who made me feel like I was a complete waste of her time. She came over to me and said 'I'll quickly sign this - we're very busy'.. I could see that they were and I appreciate having to wait for a service, however at the end of the day, I was still paying for my purpose of being there and I don't at all appreciate feeling like because I didn't have a script that I didn't matter. My day was most certainly ruined. You definitely need to get a better system in place there or some kind of customer service training where staff inform customers how likely they are to wait and most importantly, where to wait. I won't be coming back for anything pharmacy-related - especially since there is a new chemist across from Coles who have a much better idea of what is going on. I will however commend the rest of the staff who aren't included in the Pharmacy, as they are always polite and helpful."
"I'm frequently in the Waterford Pharmacy as my wife has brain cancer & I think the pharmacy staff are great. The pharmacists always try to have scripts ready & go out of their way to explain best way to take any new drugs. The service staff are always friendly & helpful. Like anywhere things slow down when it gets busy but that's to be expected."
