"Brought my daughter in for a scale and clean. She is 14. We had the first appointment of the morning. The dentist arrived 10 minutes late to the clinic, hair out, looking disheveled. She took my daughter in another 5 minutes later. My daughter said the dentist was extremely rough, and the nurse constantly hit her epiglottis with the suction pipe causing her to gag multiple times. At no time did the dentist explain to her what she was doing next, just rushed through the procedure. This is the first time using this clinic and we will never go back.
