"Half an hr late, giving me and the other students time to talk and discover we have all been sent different training material. Training material incomplete, should of just sent the Marine Safety Book that actually has the correct info in. Will just chuck you on a public bench to do your test in the wind/rain. Don't expect them to contact you back or answer your calls for a reschedule/refund. Had to rebook with another school and apparently these guys are known in the industry for unethical practices. Don't waste your time or money. Have reported them to DoT and WA Consumer affairs"
