Reviews
"Exceptional staff and service. Very professional, understanding and friendly. The nurses and doctors are superheros. After reading some other (negative) reviews I am very surprised at some of the comments. Mind you, after witnessing today 2 impatient patients being rude to the staff I can see the calibre of some people posting such reviews. I'll certainly be attending this facility again should the need arise."
"Despite some negative reviews, my daughter was seen in 10 mins and the sonographer was helpful and professional. The health system in WA is currently overwhelmed and the staff need more resources, they are very stretched and it’s pretty miserable to be doing their job."
"I called them three times to get a CTB appointment. I was asked to email the request form. The email address is some kind of a secret. You can't find it."
"I phoned radiology this afternoon to ask if they had any idea when my appointment for my mri is. The girl on the phone said hold the line. Which I did for over half an hour. She came back and asked me the same questions she did before I was left waiting. Telling me their were people in a worse state that me. The reason I asked was not because I thought I am more important. BTW already waiting 3 +4 months. She refused to listen to me and kept kept speaking over me rudely repeating over and over again there are people bigger priority to me I realise that. The reason I wanted an estimate as my son was going to book me a few days in Bali as I have had a mentally and physically tough year. All I wanted to know if she could give me a rough estimate. So he knows about when to book it for. I understand there is people who are more important than me. I didn't tell her to make it sooner. Still shouting over me she cut me off.this whole phone call has left me shaking and anxious. I am very unhappy with the experience and the receptionist needs to answer to the treatment of patients. I will not be calling the hospital again"
"I've been given quite the run around simply trying to get a copy of the images of my baby from my anatomy scan. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still trying to get a hold of them."
