"We had some issues and routine maintenance required for our pool which included cutting out some of the rebar as the concrete that was installed 10 years ago wasn't done properly causing water to get through and rust the metal. We also wanted our filter to be replaced and for new filter media to be used. Joel and Anthony did a fantastic job. Their attention to detail in removing the failed concrete, reconcreting it, cleaning the tiles and putting it all back together was impecable. The new filter and media were installed, primed and ready to go without issue, plus they cleaned up other parts of our pool system and came back to rebalance the water once it was full again. Excellent service throughout, and whilst they are busy at the moment so don't always respond to calls straight away, they get back to you when they can."

"I had an in ground concrete pool that hadn't been in use for years and needed a thorough renovation. I contacted Joel plus 3 other companies. 2 of the other companies failed to respond despite several calls from myself. Joel gave me an on the spot quote and pointed out several issues that would need to be fixed. His quote was almost exactly the same as the other respondent who failed to advise or maybe just didn't notice the issues and presumably would have charged extra to fix those issues. We were given a start date for late February which was then brought forward by a week. We were advised that the job would take 7-9 working days weather permitting. The job took 8 days despite three of those days being over 40 degrees. Joel and his two assistants were perfectionists in every aspect of their work. The tiling is perfect in alignment despite the many curves they had to contend with. At the end of each day they tidied up and condensed the materials and equipment into one area. If you find yourself in a queue waiting for a slot when they can do your renovation or complete installation it's worth waiting for them."
