"Met Barbara at reception. Wonderfully warm welcome which got better and better. 3 Grandchildren for swimming lessons and first lesson free....who knew? No goggles? No problem Barbara has a heap in the lost and found....lends us some. Kids in pool in age or proficiency groupings and the swim teachers are kind, patient and fun. Drinks and icecreams available afterwards as a reward and all the kids come back excited wanting more. We definitely will be coming back.!!"
"Good facility. Reception Staff are very busy. Can come across as rude. But I go to them when they are less busy. Some instructors are very good. Some need more training especially when teaching little kids, with 1st time experience in the pool. Overall the centre is average"
"Ditto with Chantel. Reception staff not helpful and their recording system is chaotic. I tried to cancel my May sessions and they cancelled my last April session too by mistake (which I had already paid). We ended up stuck at the front door and missed 1/3 of our session, we were allowed in at last only because I insisted it was our right. The situation was frustrating and stressful as we needed to prove our case but the staff would say "the system says so". The staff minimised negative impact on us and refused to apologise. Also shower facilities could be improved. A proper shower is not possible as there is no curtain for privacy and place to put towels etc. However we did enjoy the sessions themselves with the instructors."
"Staff not helpful. Be careful if you have to do make-up lessons it's within the months you have paid, otherwise you are forced to pay for another month to do the make-up lessons that you have already paid for. Lessons for 20 minutes instead of 30."
