Another customer, however, jumped the queue and placed his bottle directly on the counter, so Ludovic, without batting an eyelash, just served that customer first. When I politely enquired the reason for his action, Ludovic didn't seem to be able to grasp the concept. (The other customer overhead me and apologized.) Why then, Ludovic? Gender, race, poor eyesight, working under influence, wanting of training ...?"
