"Terrible service from a staff (Ludovic on his badge). I was the only one in the queue, observing the 1.5 distancing. Another customer, however, jumped the queue and placed his bottle directly on the counter, so Ludovic, without batting an eyelash, just served that customer first. When I politely enquired the reason for his action, Ludovic didn't seem to be able to grasp the concept. (The other customer overhead me and apologized.) Why then, Ludovic? Gender, race, poor eyesight, working under influence, wanting of training ...?"

"Went in tonight looking for a red wine asked the staff member for a particular bottle and it was too much effort and the body language and attitude was he couldn’t give a flying ! Will not step foot back in there again. Plenty of small independent bottle shops that would like business."
