"I went here for sleep diagnosis and possibility of a CPAP Machine. Belwin and Hannah have been awesome. Belwin guided me through a CPAP trial, including recommending different masks. He provided heaps of info and assistance. I thought at the end of the trial that there would be a high pressure sales tactic to buy a CPAP. But there wasn’t! Belwin genuinely appeared to care for my well-being above anything else. I recommend these guys wholeheartedly."

"This morning I rung up this pharmacy to see if it had any Tens machines in stock as my usual pharmacy doesn’t carry them. The man on the phone was seriously so helpful and happy to talk me through all of the options so I headed down to buy one in person. When I got there he was so welcoming, kind , friendly and just so helpful. He showed me all the different options and explained everything to me. He wasn’t rushing me and was helping me chose the right one to help my pain. His customer service was just incredible . I’m now going to use this as my regular pharmacy due to the really good experience and it’s nice and close to home too."
"Excellent service received. I had to get a pre-flight Covid RAT test. I made an appointment online about 10 days prior. I had to ring them for the cost of the service because I couldn't find it on the website. The person who picked up my call was very well mannered and knowledgeable. I received emails and text reminders leading up to my appointment. On the day I arrived at the pharmacy a little earlier than my appointment time. The pharmacist was able to do my test after a few minutes wait. I received my test certificate 15 minutes later and an electronic version emailed to me. Boarded my Qantas international flight 8 hours later to Los Angeles with no issue. Thank you Pharmacy 777 South Lake! Much appreciated!"
