Reviews
"Great price, excellent customer service. If your after value for money on all fronts this is the place to go. Will definitely be back."
"Its the same Cinema it always was, I find the seats super uncomfortable, but its half the price of hoyts, so I can live with that. Also, free parking. You usually get plenty of choice in where to sit and has nice big screens and good sound."
"Cheap tickets and guaranteed a seat, even at blockbuster movies in their 1st week. BUT... 2 Fridays ago there was very intrusive power tool/construction noise throughout the new Indiana Jones film. No warning when buying the tickets and no offer of any compensation. Disappointing on all fronts that day. Yesterday it was very cold and we asked for a coffee when getting tickets. They don't have a coffee machine? Being 11.30am and school holidays, it took a 20min wait at a separate place to get a takeaway coffee and then bring it back to the cinema! They have just implemented allocated seating, but it wasn't monitored, so ineffectual. My score averages the pros and cons as I see them."
"Friendly staff, swift service- somewhat let down by disregard of the cleanliness of their cinemas. Two (out of two) trips in a row have found us arriving at our seats to see them covered in popcorn."
"We'd bought tickets online but decided that we wanted sweets. Got told that we should go to the back of the ticket queue in order to buy sweets. Decided we didn't want sweets that much (cannot understand why you can't queue separately). We then tried to work out which screen we were in; nobody around and no signs on the doors. Eventually I went to ask at the counter only to be told that the screen was on the email confirmation and not on the ticket itself. I think I'll travel a bit further and go to Hoyts next time."
