"Appalling customer service. I arrived at 6:10 pm to see both the front door and their website as of tonight (1/06/2020) clearly stating that they shut at 7 pm. I came to see that the front door was locked.. waited 5 minutes to see 3 of the workers acknowledge me while they were eating their diner, talk amongst each other, and hide under the desk!!! I continued to wait another 10 minutes thinking this was a joke. This is absolutely embarrassing for a professional clinic. I was lucky that the side door was open, connecting to the clinic, that I could acknowledge them and finally find out that they had closed an hour early which is fine, but not offer me the benefit of telling a customer (that they had acknowledged!) waiting out there for 20 minutes that they had shut early. Unbelievable!!!"
