She has extensive experience in the field of sexuality, particularly in supporting the wellbeing of sexually and gender diverse youth. Additionally, Leesha is well-versed in addressing topics such as pregnancy complications, grief, loss, and addiction. She utilizes a diverse range of therapies, including narrative therapy, EFT, and CBT, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.

In addition to her counselling work, Leesha is a highly experienced sexuality educator, writer, and trainer. She delivers engaging presentations on various aspects of sexuality and gender to parents, schools, corporate organizations, community groups, and sporting clubs.
