"A little disappointed that there was no possibility to negotiate the price AT ALL of a floor stock couch with a stain on it. Shop assistant assisted by removing the stain with some remover in front of us but still needed professionally cleaning. Loved the couch style and color and was last one left in WA so ended up just purchasing the couch but not thrilled with our experience. Couch also comes apart every time it’s sat on and doesn’t lock in place which is very irritating. Otherwise happy with the comfort and style."
"TERRIBLE customer service.... We purchased a new lounge from Dankz Willetton a couple of months back and it arrived with a broken armrest and faulty light I rang and spoke to Aldo from Dankz Willetton, explained we had purchased it several days ago and what had happened. Aldo said "well why are you ringing me?" and questioned me why I hadn't called Rob...not that I even knew who that was at that point. I had to push Aldo to get an email address, and also the store email address which I cc'ed in so there was some kind of accountability (not like they seemed like they cared after that call). Not sure why I should be responsible for following up on a NEW lounge either? But seems Dankz Willetton got their money and they didn't care anymore. Didn't even get a response from them to see if it was sorted Found out who Rob was - he fixed the lounge. Very friendly and clearly knew his stuff, but sadly took a few attempts to sort it out (not his fault but issue with the lounge) which was really frustrating after spending several thousand on a new lounge Based on this experience, I would not recommend going to Dankz Willetton, which is a shame, as we love supporting local companies. Shop elsewhere"
"I had spent days going from shop to shop, by foot and the net, in search of a simple wooden dining table and six chairs. I was about to give up when I walked into Dankz. The customer service was excellent, helpful without being pushy. The delivery was on time and the men were very cateful. I highly recommend Dankz."
