He was so welcoming, walked me through each and every step, a good conversationalist and really easy to talk with! A huge mention also to Greta, who was on reception. My experience was off to a good start by how welcoming and professional she was, the second I opened the door, what a keeper!!"

The anaesthesia was expertly administered. Courtney was professional and caring and calmed my anxieties about the process.
