"Make an appointment for an ultrasound that requires you to fast and drink a litre of water 90 minutes before the appointment. They called us and delayed the appointment by 45 minutes and now we’ve been in the waiting room sitting for at least 22 minutes after the scheduled time and not allowed to use the toilet until after the ultrasound. What a joke."
"Had to get front and side profile chest xray for a suspected 9th rib fracture. The radiology student mumbled every instruction, repositioned me more than 10 times and had to re-take the same side xray 4 times and got impatient at me for faithfully staying in the position i was told to and as if everyone in the room remained silent. Supervisor finally had to step in, turns out machine was calibrated incorrectly, surprise! (1240pm, 19th july 2023, middle age African lady)"
"Perth Radiological Clinic is the most incompetent clinic i have been to in Bentley they will take your booking while they a have faulty CT machine and when i arrived they said to "wait" while they fix it. All they did is waste my time i will never go back there again..i was also reading some of there negative "employee" reviews i can see there point."
"I had my 1 year old sons X-ray at the Bentley radiology clinic today. He had never had an X-ray before and I was apprehensive and nervous about the experience. The three staff members who took his X-rays were so kind, welcoming and put both my son and I at ease with their sweet natures. They went above and beyond to make it quick and managed to entertain him in the meantime! Facility is clean and appointment ran on time. Thank you so much for putting so much care into what you do."
