"Messaged on Facebook asking if they had a part for my car, the response time was very quick - was told they didn’t have the part available. Website says the part was available for $300 so had my partner call up and the part was available. During the phone call the employee was incredibly rude and unhelpful, we decided to still go in and pay for the part which we were told we couldn’t pick up that afternoon at 4:30pm because they were closing at 5pm, even though we had phoned up in the morning, fair enough, we were happy to collect the next day, but payment was demanded prior. During the 20 minutes at this yard the employee felt the need to argue about every little thing, once my partner went to hand over the $300, the worker said it was $350, crazy how the price all of a sudden went up. (Even displayed higher on the website from when I looked that morning.) He then proceeded to tell us that another auto parts company must be “fake” because he hasn’t heard of them before. I hope other people receive a much more enjoyable and helpful experience with this business. We walked away and will not be going back."
