"Nice enough, but! Staff are not recognising Australian currency. If I use a $20 dollar they give me change for $10. This has happened three times before. Yes, they correct the error with some "attitude" but I am not in error they are... Such a good practice! Admittedly sometimes they are distracted by "managing" or basically bullying subordinates rather than paying attention to the customer in front of them! Not a positive experience Coles. Whatever happened to "Customer Focus" Coles you are dropping your standards, after all the customers basically are same as previously."
