"Very disappointed. The host was unresponsive to the issues we raised in regard to the freezer in desperate need of a defrost and the filthy aircon. We had to ask for gas and clean up the bbq. The recently replaced window coverings were totally inadequate. I requested to meet with Penny, but she did not turn up. I sought alternative accommodation and was grateful to receive a refund of the outstanding amount."
