"Honestly suffering from the same problem as many Barbershops that lack professionalism in the delivery of their service. Walked in to get a haircut and was the only one waiting with two others getting a haircut. Another staff member came in from lunch and went straight to the back and started tinkering with the TV playlist instead of serving a customer who is clearly sitting there waiting for a haircut. 10-15min later two strangers walked in who knew the staff members and they served them first with neither of them even saying hello to me or asking if I'm waiting for a haircut. One of the other staff members finished up with the guy he was serving and immediately left for lunch, keeping me waiting further with no service. I eventually took it upon myself to approach one of the members and ask why I've been left there with no service for so long and two customers who came after me were served immediately. The only answer I got was that they had bookings, which is fine but I asked them why nobody even approached me to ask if I were waiting for a haircut and inform me the rough waiting time until I get served given the bookings which they have access to. He apologised and said he wasn't sure I was waiting for a haircut, he thought I was waiting for a friend. I asked if they accept walk-ins, which they do yet he assumed somebody waiting in the barbershop wasn't there for a haircut and chose to ignore them for 15min without even asking how they could be of service. Good customer service is a significant shortcoming of this barbershop despite good reviews about their haircuts, their service quality could improve significantly."

Their customer service skills are professional and their shop well equipped and hygienic. Their booking system on Squire app also saves time and makes the experience streamlined."
