"The first time it was amazing! She did everything perfect I leave really happy. Must be the owner, because the 2nd and 3rd ( the worst, same person 2 time). Hurry to finish, rude, I was going to pay for extraction’s and she hurt me so badly that I had to say to stop it. That is not the way to treat people, you go a place like this to feel good, relax and happy. Not hurt and disrespectful. I just was waiting for the same kind of treatment that I had the first time. Not happy and would not recommend this place."

I regularly get a Brazilian wax and i decided to go to the Mosman spa and once my hair grew back, I got really bad ingrown hair which normally doesn’t happen, my friend also got one and experienced the same thing. I’m trying to still figure out if it the wax they use or the style but I have never have had this happen."
