"From the first consultation my stylist Kerri was very professional and knowledgeable. She asked lots of questions to get to know what would be best for me. We discussed that it may take a few appointments to get the final result. At the end of my first appointment there was a slight issue with a small area of colour as we expected. The next Kerri contacted me as she wanted to have a look at the issue. So I returned and she fixed the issue at no extra charge. Loved the way all the girls work as a team. Very friendly atmosphere.
