"Booked the bowling machine for an hour. It wasn't working for atleast half of that time. It's an automatic bowling machine and is supposed to release a ball when the red light comes on. Most the time it wouldn't release the ball. Twice I went to get assistance from the front counter and both times it was unmanned. Very frustrating, ruined what could of been a good net session. Alot of improvements needed to reach its full potential. Machines not working as should have. Probably won't be using their bowling machine again."

"Not a bad place and should be a higher score, but for some young lad that works there miserable, lazy bad attitude.. Update. The matter was dealt very promptly by the management, who were very apologetic about the one off episode. We have had a return visit and fantastic time. Changed from 2 star to 4 star. Thanks."
"I would rate the place a 5 star for their facilities and equipment. The cafe & dining area also offers alcoholic beverages for adults. Coffee and party food was good with great options. However as we attended a party here, duly for host we got I’d rate it a 1 out of 5! Although Kids really enjoyed themselves, shame the party host lacked enthusiasm and professionalism. She looked like she had no interest in working with the young children and just sat staring into space while the kids did their own thing. There was no planned play as you would get elsewhere for a booked party event. Overall the gym area, play areas, equipment variety and seating arrangements are great."
