"I did a click and collect on a baby activity cube and paid for it online. Went to bigw Livingston to pick it up and got told that there were none left and that they don't put items on hold anymore. When I tried to explain that I did not call to put an item on hold I did the click and collect and paid for it online and had shown the proof but the gentleman wasn't keen on listening just did a refund and off he went. How unpleasant."
