"The Deli department is almost empty after 6.30 PM, I have been there many times around & 7 Pm to buy rose chicken or Delli items not a good experience as empty shelves. Store open until 9 PM. Delli closed and unmanned by 8 PM Shelves are empty. Waste of time to go to this store. Not only Delli other shelves seem empty as well. almost forgot to mention Banana shelf was empty by 7 PM while I was there."

"Let me share an experience in this store (Woolworths Kilkenny SA) last week. I went to the seafood department of this store to buy squid on weekends. It seemed to be a special price at the time, so I ordered some. When I received the item with the price tag on it, I was curious to check the weight on other scales, only to find that the final weight actually included the weight of several thick layers of wrapping paper. The weight is 1.054kg. Later, I went to the cashier to report this problem to the staff. Their attitude was very bad. "Very bad experience today while at self checkout just wanna withdrawal cash and the young Asian guy was so rude to ask me go back to the entrance and I wasn’t feeling he was friendly and helpful with so bad customer service. He needs more training from Woolworths and same at the customer service counter with no staff serving..??"

"It's annoying enough when particular items are indicated 'out of stock' while placing an online order, only to find out it's actually there. This is something I have discovered myself. Also, some items from my click & collect order have not been available, but yet again, there they are when I've gone into the store myself. My last concern is when a portion of the things you may want are available 'in store only'. This takes the convenience out of direct to boot by having to go inside to grab those other items before or after you collect your order. Having to do this several times now is how I know some 'out of stock' items have in fact been available."
