"I have been waiting a month for a store credit of which they have told me would take ten days. My concern is their lack of communication, basically there is none! No one will return emails and there is no phone contact, I am at the point where I will need to seek advice as the dress has been returned and initially they confirmed they had received the item, but have not issued the credit. This is the second time I have used this online site and have had trouble both times. Really disappointing that this experience has been so stressful and upsetting."
