"We made the mistake of coming here to buy a tennis racket. Based on some of the reviews I thought we would get really good professional assistance. However it turned out to be mainly a squash racket shop over some very noisy squash courts. There was only one person to serve us and, although we were the only people in the shop she didn't seem to be very Interested in helping us and appeared to have little knowledge of tennis rackets. It was a Sunday and maybe she was only on a temporary basis. However on the basis of my experience I cannot recommend this shop for tennis rackets. We visited on Sunday 27 March 2022"

"Recently bought a pair of Asics women's squash shoes. On receipt of the delivery, I noticed on of the shoes looked sun-worn (suspected display stock). I emailed the shop and received a response within the same day. The owner was apologetic and explained the model was a very old stock from 6 years ago and now a discontinued line. The owner offered a full refund, without prompting and offered fantastic advice on choosing the right shoe. I was extremely happy with the service and surprised at how knowledgeable and friendly Kane was. Will be shopping here for all my future squash shoes purchases. Thanks heaps, Kane!"
