"I had four bats which were pressed by the machine from the manufacturter and I called and spoke to Tammy regarding getting these bats machine knocked. I got the bats knocked and when i got home i did not notice any difference in any of the bats when i tested them in the nets. I took the bats back to them to confirm if they had knocked the bats or just added extra tec. All the staff were too busy to focus on what i had to say and three different staff kept asking me to repeat why i was there and kept me waiting while serving new customers coming in. I am appalled by their level of customer service and integrity as they did not even mention in the beginning that they do not provide machine knocking services which is what i had specifically asked for. Extremely disappointed- i had only gone to them as i wish to support local family run businesses. Had i been given a more focused service and quoted one firm price i would not had to post this review."
"Finally decided to come in and grab a helmet, the guy in the shop was super helpful, gave good advice and didn't push to purchase more expensive models. In fact I ended up with a cheaper one than I came in to buy purely based on comfort. Great shop with knowledgeable andf friendlystaff."
