"Went to the shop on 09-july-2022. Only one old lady working and we were trying to do an exchange. First she told us they dont accept the exchange or return in this store. Ask me and my partner to go elsewhere. Best to go port adelaide store or gepps cross store to do that. Big boss is there. We then rang port adelaide store and confirm it can be done in any rivers store. So we walked back to the arndale store. Again. The old lady lied to us that she dont know how to do it and she is new to the store. She dont want to get fire just in case if she do it wrong. We had no choice but go elsewhere. Guess what? That lady worked in Arndale store actually a senior staff. Just lazy and dont wanna help. At the end of the day, we spent our money in gepps cross store instead as the lady there were very helpful and positive on her job. i suggest the manager of arndale store to contact me as i want to discuss further detail with you about the lady customer service issue. I would like to give more feedback and would like not just a talk to the lady but be realistically just get rid of her. She is the reason i will not visit rivers in arndale and she is pushing away all the sales for the shop. Good luck if you want to keep her."
