"It's a lovely shop with great shoes. However, I suggest the young salesperson that I approached (the other person was serving a customer) could benefit from some training in customer service. I found a pair of sandals I wanted, but they were not the right size. I asked the salesperson would they have my size. As she went to check out the back, the phone rang which she answered. That in itself is of course ok, she could've either asked the caller to hold or ask me if I minded to wait. But she now totally ignored me and dealt with the request of the caller. I found that extremely rude and left the shop, of course without spending my money. It was a very disappointing experience."
"Have been a customer of Jo Mercer for many years and have never had a bad experience shopping instore or online! Recently I ordered a pair of shoes online that were the wrong size. I wanted to praise how easy the process was of exchanging and how much I appreciate the awesome customer service! I took my shoes into Harbourtown and the SA organised the exchange with no hassles. Unfortunately they didn't have my size in stock, so she organised a pair from Queensland to be shipped to my house at no extra cost! Shoes arrived within a week! Thank you!"
"Really great products. I like the soft leather shoes which are comfortable for my feet which are really hard to find elsewhere. I bought shoes, a handbag and a wallet. The Teodorano products are beautiful quality quality leather and hand made in Florence. Great staff at this store. I will be back soon."
