"I recently boarded my dog at this kennel for the long weekend and was deeply disappointed with the experience. When I picked him up, I noticed that he had sores all over his face and an infected eye, indicating a complete lack of proper care and hygiene. It was clear that the staff at the kennel had not paid attention to my dog's needs and had neglected him. I had to take him to the vet immediately, which was an added expense and inconvenience. I paid good money to ensure that my dog would be well taken care of, but instead, I had to deal with the aftermath of their neglect. If you care about your pet's well-being, I would strongly advise against boarding them at this kennel. Look elsewhere for a more responsible and caring service that will ensure that your furry family member is safe and well-cared for."
