"The staff are helpful. There is a large amount of stock, but it is organised by colour, not size. This wastes a lot of time looking through racks and racks to see if anything might fit. And if you see a style you like but need a different size or colour you have to repeat the process over and over. I shop there for the prices, but I don't enjoy it."
"The shoes are extremely difficult to shop, even more so when the shop is busy. There's no clear way of seeing which shoes are available, and trying them on requires a member of staff to get a ladder and bring each pair down individually for you. This is hard on the staff. Surely there's a better way to display and sell shoes in this retail space? Perhaps on some new shelving by the changing rooms where all the underwear boxes are? The presence of only one till also makes things difficult during busy periods too."
