"I don't know why I had to wait up to 4 hours yesterday for a off the shelf Magnesium tablets. My doctor saw me at 10am for discharge, and all I needed was pharmacy to get my tablets. It was nearly 3pm before I could leave. Not only did you keep me waiting my son had to wait 4 hours because we live up to an hour away. You also kept my poor nurse waiting, without any lunch until 3pm. You spoiled a beautiful experience, the staff at Hollywood Hospital were wonderful and your giving a good hospital a bad name. Off the shelf tablets for goodness sake what a joke."

"I was in hospital and leaving. Pharmacist plied me with a load of meds on way out of hospital room most I told them I already had and didn't need as I had webster packs from my own pharmacy which hospital wouldn't accept (fair enough) but didn't tell me I'd then be charged for all these meds they loaded me with on the way out as I'd already been discharged leaving me a bill and a load of meds that weren't much use to me as I already had them in a more usable form at home. The impression I got was they were trying to shift more product when I was already dazed and confused with paperwork and still recovering. They need to make clear if you are going to be charged."
