"I needed new wiper blades and had a bad experience a day or 2 ago (with a different branch. oops) so went to Canning Vale store this afternoon. The staff there were amazing - I was greeted with a smile and offered a seat while I waited (which was only for 2 or 3 minutes). The price was clearly explained which included a discount for being a member plus a nominal fitting fee. They were fitted and checked (with a smile and in the rain) in seconds. Brilliant service from cheerful staff. Thank you very much, you were great."

And today i received an email saying i have been given a $46 credit because the battery i bought went on sale within 2 weeks of my purchase. This is my 2nd battery from the Bannister Road branch.
